I’m on short term disability til January 20 but don’t plan on going back, how should I resign? 2 weeks notice ending on the 20th? I want to make sure I still get paid til then :/

Here! I have STD until the 22nd and then they pay 10w of paid parental leave so I would t end up going back until April. I’m planning on giving my 2w at the 8w mark of those 10w.
