Should I take plan b ?

So on the 29th I forgot to take my pill. I didn’t realize until the next night (30th) so I just doubled up to be caught up. I’ve taken my birth control religiously this month up until that point. On the 31st my boyfriend came inside me but not a lot. Usually he pulls out to be safe which still happened but he just caught himself to late. Should I get plan b or am I safe ?
