Feeding time?

I've read so many confusing things about feeding a baby 🙄🙄
My daughter is 1 week old today,  at birth she weighed 6lbs 12oz. At her first doctor's visit at 5 days old she weighed 7lbs 4 oz..   my question is do I still have to wake her every 2 to 3 hours to feed? Or can i let her sleep.

I would wake her during the day but at night let her wake up when she is hungry. You should always ask your pediatrician though to be sure.

No. As long as she’s hit her birth weight you can let her sleep 🙂 she’ll let you know when she’s hungry
