What are the best acne skin care products when pregnant ?

I have been wanting to get something to help with spots/ acne scars. Iv read so much different things about what is OK and what isn't in pregnancy though. Would appreciate some recommendations 😁

Gentle Skin Cleanser | Cetaphil US
This is what I use! Free of all the parabens, alcohols, soaps, and other crap we can’t use. Can be used with or without water. Doesn’t work quite as great as salicylic acid but when you can’t use the really good stuff because you’re pregnant, this one works best! Give your skin time to adjust to the new cleanser though!
