This is one side of the inner thigh. It spreads between both thighs and now to his butt. I thought it was detergent so we switched to a baby free of everything one. Still no change. Been letting him air out often and even bathing a couple times a day. He is 7 months we started some solids and different foods. So I thought maybe that was the cause but since stopping some foods and seeing how his body reacts we have no clue what it is. I have an appointment for him soon. But if anyone has any tips or has seen a similar rash please let me know how to make him more comfortable. I’m sure it doesn’t feel nice! Thank you please no judgment we are trying everything. We even switched to cloth diapering for good to help him.
