Wrongfully kicked out of my house. HELP!!!!
Im 18 years old. I moved in with a friend (she’s 20) and her fiancé (25 but acts 3), everything was good for a little. I paid 300 in rent every months, always put money towards bills that I didn’t rack up, paid water, put money on electric FREQUENTLY, & I put gas in the car THAT I WASNT ALLOWED TO DRIVE. They’re in ‘an open relationship’ but she gets mad when he sleeps with other girls (done it once) but she sits there and sleeps with MULTIPLE GUYS (one being his best friend who has a whole girlfriend). She won’t tell him that she’s sleeping with anybody she just does it. One night, she wanted to go to the club so we did. She met my brother and WANTED TO FUCK HIM. He asked ME to stay with him at the house and I was going to but she just invited herself over, mind you she was trying to fuck my 19 year old brother. He told her no. & she then began to throw a fit (she’s drunk) & told me “grab your shit we’re going. Your brothers a bitch anyways” & I took up for my brother and told her I’d whoop her ass, she told me “you’re done, you’re out of the house.” Fast forward a couple days to Christmas Eve and she told me she was leaving me at the house by myself for a couple days so I told her I was inviting my family over for the holidays and she proceeded to tell me “they can come outside to visit but they’re not coming inside”. I didn’t go back on Christmas Day like planned and she told me if I didn’t come home and clean house, I would no longer live there. On the 26th of Dec, she told me my shits outside. (I live in Tennessee and it’s been raining, but I haven’t had the time to go get it all). I have rent paid up until the 17th of January. Can she legally kick me out if I have an established residency? Can she legally throw my shit out in the rain knowing it’ll get ruined or stolen ? help me!!
BTW her fiance is a correctional officer, & his whole family works for the police department (his dad is the chief of police!) & his uncle is the ONLY judge. they’ve told me themselves that they don’t respond to calls they feel are unnecessary(like this) & that when something goes against family, they stand for each other.
