Unexplained pelvic pain

Hello I am writing because I am wondering if any other ladies have gone through something similar. I am 29 and have had two children. I am on orthro evra birth control and have been for two years. I have unexplained pelvic pain. Sometimes I get like a pressure feeling like I have to pee multiple times. My abdomen feels tender to the touch. I have pelvic pain and pressure. Sometimes I will get painful after sex. Sometimes I have yellowish discharge sorry if TMI but I have been tested for STDS, yeast and bacterial vaginitis everything came back clear. I also had a vaginal ultrasound and that came back clear as well. So I’m not sure at all what to do now. I have been to multiple doctors and they haven’t came up with anything. Any ideas or anyone gone through the same thing?
