Hey ladies. Question, I just left my first appointment and we saw an embryo but there was no heart beat. The doctor thinks I miscarried last week since it’s measuring 7 weeks. I go Saturday for an ultrasound to see if that can spot a heartbeat. Has anyone else experienced this and was able to see a heartbeat later? I have only been spotting and brown discharge every blue moon and some mild cramping. I’m just wondering. I’m taking this surprising well considering I am in my 30s and this is my first pregnancy.
