Bedtime and last nap
My daughter is 7 weeks old and we are still trying to get in a routine.
When is your LO last nap before bedtime?
Also once it’s 3am, she wakes every hour until she is up for the day. Any suggestions for getting her to stay sleeping from at least 3am-6am?
