My son is 2.5 and potty trained but not at night or for naps, he’s alwayssssss leaked through his diaper at night, always the same spot, on his right side and it’s almost always his shirt that ends up the most wet?? It happens during nap too so I know it’s not like a volume issue, he is a heavy wetter at night but nap he pees just a little bit (probably once) and it leaks out the same side on his shirt. I even put two diapers on him at night and I’d say 70% of the time he leaks through by morning (but only on that right upper side). I try to position the diaper so it’s higher and kind of more to the right side where he leaks and I always make sure his penis is pointed down. What the heck else can I try??? It’s literally been a year of this happening and I’m so over it. I’m about to have a second son so if there’s some boy diaper secret I’ve missed out on please let me know 😂
