I don’t know what to do

My boyfriend and I have just started dating we have known each other for a few weeks now and we had sex last night he nutted inside and went straight to get a plan b after I swallowed it but threw up after because I had been sick throwing up for the past two days can i still be pregnant and If so what should I do I’m only 16
