According to my mother thats the #1 cardinal sin !! Big No No !!! Your life should revolve around your kids 24/7 ! You also shouldn't eat sleep shower or work ! Those are no no's also !! Smh lmao BUT i love my Me Time & it feels like heaven on earth when she goes to her daddy on weekends & when im LUCKY he keeps her for the week every so often ! But that makes me a HORRIBLE parent lol

My mom puts herself first on her list not in a selfish way. She says if I'm healthy and I feel good then I can take care of my family but if I'm not healthy and I'm weak who will take care of my babies? With that being said you absolutely need time for yourself as a woman and papmer yourself it's not selfish at all!
