I have had chronic back pain since I had my eldest in 2012. This pregnancy it just seems so much worse. Once I lay down I can't get back up without help. It hurts to lay on my side and back. I'm 17 weeks, and I have mentioned it to my OB but he hasn't said anything about it. The pain is mostly in the middle of my back on both sides of my spin and I will get a tingling feeling in my legs.

Does anyone have any advice to help ease the pain? I'm looking to see if my insurance will cover a chiropractor, but I'm 80% sure they won't since it's state insurance.
