Our little girl came on her due date of 12/31 after 10 hours of labor. Once they broke my water at 4pm everything became more intense and I delivered her at 7:10pm It only took 3 pushes everything went so smoothly to bring her into this world. The only downfall two hours after delivery I started to pass severe clots and then they started to get stuck in my cervix. My BP dropped to 80/46 and I was put on oxygen. The midwife acted so quickly I am beyond blessed to have the team I did! After 1 hour and 3 different medication they were able to get the bleeding under control! I lost over 1,000ml of blood and needed a transfusion but all is well and baby and me are healthy. So glad I was able to tell something was wrong with my body and called my nurses in multiple times until they called my midwife back in. This is my 3rd child and definitely a much different delivery. I am just grateful to be home with my family and snuggle this new little peanut 🥰♥️
