Telling Work

I'm in need of some encouraging words tonight! Planning to tell work tomorrow @ 12w1d. I know some ladies have not had the news taken well at my job in the past...I work in insurance so my amount of work drastically changes throughout certain times of year and I am due right before my busiest time so I'm even more nervous I won't get much of a positive response from my boss :'(
