Anyone use/using shape wear postpartum? If so, does it make a difference and actually help or is it total bs? Obviously healthy eating and exercise will help lose weight but just looking for something extra to get things moving faster of that makes sense lol! Went from 170 to 280 my first pregnancy, 280-240 and with this pregnancy I went from 240-260 but thankfully went back down to pre pregnancy weight after birth (240). I have a long way to go but the diet I was put in for the gestational diabetes really helped me and that’s what I will continue with exercise, but if you know any good shape wear that really helps let me know 🥰
