Has anyone’s period came/started early because of sex??? My period isn’t due for another 9-10 days. But after sex I noticed I was spotting. Which I have never done after sex before!

During intercourse the stimulation of the vagina causes the blood flow to get going. Also, the hormones being released during orgasm causes periods to arrive early.

totally normal! it happens especially with penetration sometimes. the lining of the vagina is very similar to the inside of your mouth, it’s easy to accidentally scrape it or irritate it so that you start spotting. nothing to be concerned about
