I had diarrhea two days before. I joked with my husband that it was my body eliminating itself before having the baby. The day of labor I had contractions on and off, but took it as doing too much because we were in the middle of moving. Went to lunch and had super strong contractions five minutes apart. By the third one I knew it was active labor, I told my husband but he didn’t believe me. He wanted to drive to our new home (45 mins away from the hospital when we were only 10 mins away when eating lunch) we needed to do some shopping so I told him let’s finish the hour, if contractions don’t stop we go to the hospital. If they do, we go home. He was reluctant but agreed. Went to the store and when I got out of our truck my water broke. I thought I peed myself but took another step and felt another gush. To the hospital we went and 10 hours later my baby was here.

had a little back cramping that wednesday night through thursday afternoon. then my water broke thursday night.

With my first I had my bloody show then bam contractions came thick and fast.
Second- contractions just come
Third- contractions just come
Fourth- waters went then hours later contractions started

Contractions were a bit stronger than Braxton and regular time apart. Thursday was 2 hours then break for a few hours while I slept then back to clockwork late morning through until bed a few hours the next night until Monday morning. Friday was an hour then twenty minutes apart then a break. Saturday an hour or 40 min apart then a break. Sunday all day 45 apart until evening at 20 minutes apart. I went to bed and contractions were still 20 minutes apart. I tried to sleep but then after a couple hours I’d have s few only 6 minutes apart and back to twenty...I felt a wetness in my underwear and got up to go pee and saw hella blood in my underwear on my pad and a big clot come out into the toilet when I sat down. I called the Er and rushed in. Contractions 5 minutes apart the hour drive to the hospital (I live in a rural town). Doctors and nurses examined me and evidently everything was fine (I was in labor, had been early labor since Thursday night) my water hadn’t broken and all the blood was from my cervix. They said I had a “juicy cervix”🤔😂 still glad I rushed into the er bc my baby girl was born healthy a few hours later and I needed the monitor bc her heart rate would get way too low with each contraction. I was able to push her out with only a few sets and  thankful for my determination and the doctors help bc she’s perfect 😍
