36+4 pregnant, Braxton hicks or contractions?
Last night I was having a lower back and abdominal pain, coming in waves, it wasn't every 5 mins and it would last roughly a min or two, woke up this morning and my abdomen is in agony! I don't wanna go to the hospitals only to be sent home, what do you ladies think ? I'm a ftm and my belly measures about 41cm today, also when she moves it feels like she's rubbing again my skin, it's so uncomfortable 😭
