Fortune that wasn’t supposed to be mine

So this is a pretty weird long story so sorry I’m advance about that 😂

Last night my husband and I were leaving Walmart and my Uber-Driver stuff had just been approved so we decided to take a delivery real quick to see how much money I’d make, it was my first delivery ever so I was glad my husband was with me just in case. So I go pick up two orders from Panda Express & we head on our way to deliver them to the two addresses. My dumbass didn’t look at them beforehand. So we get almost there and realize we’re driving right on to the military base. My husband had his gun sooo we definitely had to turn around, home was close by so we went there and I hopped in my car and headed back. I was so frustrated though at this point 🤦🏻‍♀️ I get to the gate and the police officer takes my ID and asks what I’m doing and I give it to him and tell him then he sees my state inspection sticker (I live in VA) that was out of date. I’m not a cop hater by any means but this Lil dude was a dick. You could tell he enjoyed feeling his “power” over me the way he was talking down to me saying I could write you a ticket for this right now it’s been out since AUGUST (I get why he’s saying this I just wish you could’ve heard the way he said it to me 😒) and I told him yes sir I’m sorry I’ve been out of town since August and just got home I literally haven’t had time to do it I’m sorry. (My husband works out of state a lot for months at a time so in August we went to Seattle Washington for a month and in September straight to Hawaii for 3 months, we finally came home Dec 6th., then we had to go home to Florida where we’re from for a week for Christmas to see family, we’ve hardly been home at all.) but he continued to talk down to me and be an ass and he said he couldn’t take the food so I got out of there and messaged these people asking if they could meet me I felt seriously horrible that I couldn’t get in and they were both like it’s not your fault and cancelled the orders. So I didn’t know what to do with the food so I took it home. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m sure Uber will take the money back anyway. So I’m at home and I’ve just had it by now it was just a lot for a first run and it all went to shit 😭 but my husband was putting the food in the fridge and there was about 3 fortune cookies and he handed me one saying “you want a fortune cookie?” I was like why not and I ate the cookie then looked at the fortune and it said this. I know it’s dumb and I’m not usually one to read into stuff like this but it just felt so crazy cause that fortune wasn’t even supposed to get to me but it somehow did and I somehow got that very one from all the others it just felt meant to be, at the least it was something I needed at the moment🤷🏻‍♀️ we’ve been trying for a year with one failed round of Clomid (I have PCOS, 1 blocked tube, & I don’t ovulate) now taking a break on fertility doc til feb. it just felt like a glimmer of hope because it’s been a longggg agonizing heartbreaking year and I’m just ready to be a mama.
