Are night sweats an early symptom?!

Hi ladies! I have a quick question. I am 8 DPO and I have been waking up from night sweats for the past 4 or 5 nights. At first I just thought it was because it warmed up for a couple days here in NC but it got colder again the past few days and last night I slept in short shorts and a very loose tank top. Still woke up drenched in sweat multiple times. I also had light spotting on Tuesday, December 31st that went away that night. Wondering if that was implantation bleeding. Has anyone else had night sweats be one of your first symptoms?!

(Anxiously trying for baby #1 after a miscarriage last October at almost 11 weeks.)
