Cramps.. need some reassurance,
I have had pretty painful cramps today, they have felt pretty similar to period pains..
I have endometriosis and periods are quite painful because of that anyways.
The cramps only lasted 5-10 mins and then goes away for abit/or hours but they can be pretty intense the same as my period pains ?
Is this completely normal? Do u think I’m experiencing them the same intensity as my period pains because of my endometriosis?
