Is your gown removed for laparoscopic surgery?

Can I wear leggings or underwear or are you fully nude?

Update: is it uncomfortable?! Does it hurt getting dressed again? Do you wake up bleeding- I read you need to wear a pad after but waking up w no underwear, is it a mess?

No idea. Just had my appendix removed and I was so drugged up I can't tell you much about it.Only took 3 days of helping before going back to work.
