Pregnant and sick..

I forgot how miserable it is to be pregnant and sick. I feel fine during the day, then night rolls around and I'm stuffed up, throat hurts, head is pounding, and I end up sleeping terribly. Is there anything I can take/do to give me some relief? I had a great day today, and now I feel like death again 💀...10w2d by the way...
