Potty training ideas for outdoors?!

Question

My son is 3 soon as is potty trained but Hates using big toilets in public, luckily he's managed to hold it in till we got home but we walk everywhere and whenever he says he needs to wee I show him the different toilets and he immediately changes his mind and says he doesn't anymore.
I can't be walking around with his potty it's impractical but I was told about a portable potty and wondered if that would help?
What would you suggest... A portable potty or the toilet seats for big toilets?

Folds up super small so you can throw it in your bag.
Now we just use an extra large potty seat cover.

I have brought his toilet seat out and I pop it on big toilets outside and now he uses the toilet!!! Yay!
I also being dettol multi surface spray and spray it after every use before putting it back in my taupe bag because... Germs 🤮

We used the OXO travel potty and love it because it can be used on the floor/ground, and on a toilet seat.
Our son stands up to pee so in public I let him stand on the toilet seat and have let him pee on a bush (when we don’t have access to a toilet).
