I feel like I could be pregnant with twins. I am on baby #3 at 6 weeks and my stomach is huge. It went from flat (110lbs) to really round (117lbs) in a matter of week or two! I have never been this big, or this incredibly tired with either of my previous babies. My breasts already grew a cup size. Just curious to your input. I haven't had ultrasound or blood work yet. So I don't know for sure.
