I feel like 90%+ of us who are in this group and using this app are not pregnant. I’m curious why your doctor recommended IUI ❤️

We have MFI. Our sperm count averages around 5-8 million/mL. The washes unfortunately aren't improving our chances much, so we will only do 3 IUIs (the minimum for our clinic), unless his urologist finds an easy fix.

That’s a very good question. I’m in a same sex relationship with no fertility issues (2 failed cycles of IUI but have fingers crossed for cycle 3 this month) and I’ve been curious about my odds. The statistics for me are skewed because they are based mostly straight couples with fertility issues.

I got IUI because I’m a single mother by choice and used frozen sperm. 
Luckily IUI worked for me on the second round and I now have a 3 week old daughter. I still check in on this group from time to time to react to people looking for succes stories

I have “borderline” FSH and want to bank some embryos, but my insurance requires 3 rounds of IUI before IVF/freezing. This will be my first IUI and I’m using injectables. My husband and I only tried for 2 months before this, so it’s feeling a bit strange but I’m hopeful and have my fingers, toes, everything crossed!
