After first visit - what testing did you opt in for?

I’m 32.5 and this is my first pregnancy.
Just saw a doc and he mentioned genetic and carrier screening (NIPT, CVS, etc.). 
Did you opt in for any of those? What was the reasoning? Trying to collect some thoughts. Thanks!

I would but each couple is different. We would not keep the baby if there was a genetic disorder

I will do NIPT but mainly because I can't wait to find out the baby's gender

None. We did do Sneak Peek at 9 weeks to find out the gender though.

We did the NIPT. One i wanted to know the gender at 10 weeks lol and the second is because if the baby did have a genetic abnormality we would want time to research and get educated on whatever it might be to give our child the best shot at a happy, peaceful life. I am the type of person that like to know things as early as possible because I'm a huge planner. So if I needed to take courses to properly care for the child ect, also with my first I didnt find out her gender until 30 weeks and she was born at 36 weeks. So we had very little time to but everything the way we wanted too. We did the Natera panorama test. Results were back in about 10 days and it was a quick blood draw!
