EBF means EXCLUSIVELY breastfeeding. That means no formula, no foods yet, nothing going in their bodies except breastmilk.

I only bring this up because I see so many baby poo posts and they’re like “IS THIS NORMAL FOR AN EBF BABY” and then later in the comments they’ll mention they had peas yesterday or supplemented formula at grandma’s house or something.

We can’t help if we’re given the wrong information.
