What does this abdominal pain mean?

Lower left sided abdominal pain at day 18 of cycle. App says I should ovulate today, but no LH surge yesterday or today and my CM indicated I probably ovulated early (12/27 or so). Just cramping before my period? Possible implantation? PCOS or endometriosis issues?
