2020 goal
I am committed to lose weight this year. I have an idea of what to do but i would like some more tips from the community. Every time they tell me, oh stop eating bread, drink a lot of water, eat healthier and yes there is some thuth to it but... it only helps slightly. Because my body type is endomorph. So idk what to eat or what exercises to do. So I'll be happy if anyone can help me. #goals #pleasehelp
