I feared this after having a D&C due to miscarriage because I read the surgery can scar your uterus making implantation more difficult. However, I got pregnant 2 months after my surgery and I'm currently 23+ weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl.

A quick bit of research on some medical sites such as Mayo Clinic says that it is highly unlikely to cause issues with future fertility or pregnancy unless there were complications or infection. If there were issues with the original procedure, most can be corrected through surgery before attempting to become pregnant. There is, of course, always a chance of these things happening, just like with any other procedure. It says to contact a health care professional if you suspect there is an issue.

I had three abortions (first two I was young and on the pill and third living in a country with next to no social support), it then took three months to get pregnant with my son and this pregnancy was a surprise as I was still fully breastfeeding my then 6-month old. So, on me the abortions had no influence.

No, but I took the pill so I don't think it would. I conceived rather easily, to be honest.
