Less movement ?

37 + 5 days is your baby suppose to move less I am kinda worried I guess , I haven’t felt him all day but I also been running around a lot today but now that I am home laying down I don’t feel anything I tried shaking him a little and shinning a light when I shined the light I felt one movement but after that nothing .

Drink some water and lay on your left side see if he perks up. I think it’s normal to have decrease in movement towards the end but should still be at least 6 or so kicks an hour

You are still suppose to be able to feel 10 movements within the span of 1 hour. I would call your doctor. They might have you go to the hospital to get the baby on a monitor just to make sure baby is ok

Drink orange juice, but honestly, I’d go get monitored. My dr highly encouraged me to go get monitored if I thought I didn’t feel movement.

Yes, but I’d go get checked to be safe. I had a non-stress test (NST) done at 35 weeks because I was worried. Baby was ok, but better to be safe
