Possible miscarriage?

I found out I was pregnant about 3 days ago, went and got hcg tested it was only at an 8. The lines have gotten quite darker each day so I was hopeful but tonight I started cramping really bad like a period was coming, it is more like spotting but still kind of reddish pink in color. Do you think I am miscarrying or is there still hope? The first test is from the day I got my hcg tested and was at an 8. The last 2 tests were from tonight.

Blood accompanied by cramping is a sign of miscarriage . I would not ask here and call your doctor or go to the Emergency room

Thank you all for your answers, I have called the ER and they said since I am so early the only thing they could do would give me pain meds for the cramping. The bleeding only lasted about 20 minutes and the cramping is not nearly as bad, so I am just going to wait it out and hope for the best on Monday.

I got my bfp at 10dpo and had period like cramping and red spotting at 12dpo.  My baba is 11 weeks old.  It doesn't always mean the worst. Good luck!!!
