Fertility clinic....letrozole....IUI

Tiffany

I have been taking letrozole going on 6 months. My fertility doctor now wants to try IUI if this month of letrozole doesn’t work. My husband is completely healthy per the multiple tests he had to take. I had a couple of issues but they say it’s nothing to be concerned about. Ive had a couple surgeries in the last year. The last surgery showed I have mild endometriosis and they were able to treat it during surgery. I also had a completely blocked Fallopian tube which they were able to clear during surgery as well. I don’t understand why we wouldn’t keep trying letrozole for a little while longer if we were both given a clean bill of health. IUI scares me. The money is not an issue. It’s time consuming and makes me feel like I would be more stressed out about the process if the outcome wasn’t me becoming pregnant. I was hoping to do it naturally. I don’t mind taking a pill but having to go in to the clinic and be treated like a science project just makes me uncomfortable. Especially after all the stress, tests, and surgery we’ve been through over the last couple of years. I’m looking for some advise, possible success stories, or any information to help me in my funk 😞. Thank you.
