I have strep throat and a ear infection my primary care doctor won’t see me she is to booked out, my throat feel like it’s closing and it’s sometimes hard to breath is it time to go to the emergency room.?

Go to the ER if you're feeling you can't brezthe. That could get serious really quick. Or phone back doctor to say you can't breathe and need to be seen.

Go to an urgent care center and get a new primary care doctor.  I’ve never heard of being told flat out no for an appointment.  They should squeeze you in somehow, whether with a NP or a different doctor.
