Ovulation help

This has always confused me...

These are the last three days. We had sex on both days surrounding the highest peak day (husband was gone on that day :( ) does the darkest day indicate that I ovulated that day...or that I would be soon... are our odds not as good because we couldn’t have sex on the day I got the darkest test?

Any help greatly appreciated!
