Hi mamas,

How long did the 7-10 month sleep regression last for you?

My LO is 9.5 months and her sleep has been so messed up for the last month.

She has no teeth in sight, she just saw her pediatrician and they saw no signs either.

She won’t nap, it takes 3+ hours to get her to sleep for bed and then she wakes 3-4 times at night and takes over an hour to get back down.

She will only fall asleep if I come to her and nurse, she screams bloody murder if my husband tries to help with a bottle or binky so I’m all alone with this.

Prior to this she slept 7pm-6am no problem and we haven’t changed the bedtime routine.

I’m so physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted.

Please tell me the end is near! 😩
