Yes 😫 I wake up in the middle of the night soaked in my own sweat sometimes I feel disgusting. And then it doesn’t help that I have to nurse in the middle of the night and my son has ton of body heat.

Glad to know I'm not alone! I've always been a person who was always cold but I def run hot now postpartum. Not really hot flashes but I definitely wake up in the middle of the night sweating and tearing off clothes 🥵
