Low sex drive

Since October of last year my sex drive has been so low. I don’t desire sex at all. I am 40 years old. I have a boyfriend and he has been super supportive with all of this. Have any of you ladies been through this and how long did it take u girls to get your sex back? I used to love sex buy not anymore. Why am I going through this please help me out ladies.
