Evap line or positive?

Took this test, didn’t see anything the first 2 min and then put it away. I just pulled it out again today and there is most definitely something there. Is this just an evap line? I am on BC so this would definitely not be planned, but welcomed. (Third baby??) I will have to test again. Just wondering if anyone has experiences with this cheap test!

Just Incase... test again. It does have colour to it, so I have a feeling it might not be an evap.
