I just found out that I am pregnant 12 dpo... My husband and I lost our baby at 21.5 weeks due to premature rupture of the membranes, which I believe was caused by an incompetent cervix. We conceived naturally and I'm 45... so many things can go wrong but I don't know if I should wait till I know there's a heartbeat or just have him show up to my cerclage appointment.

Should I tell him we're pregnant with our rainbow baby or wait till I'm ready for a cerclage or confirm heartbeat?
