Bumps on Newborn?

My daughter started getting these bumps on her. Does anyone know what they are?

My daughter had that same thing and she had super sensitive skin. It got better when we changed all laundry detergent to free and clear, even our clothes and sheets and living room blankets, etc, not just the baby stuff and we also put in an air purifier we got at bed bath and beyond. We already kept a very neat household but had to double down on dusting, etc since she seems to be really sensitive to any dust as well.

They look a bit like hives. My son used to get those when he was really young usually from overheating.

My baby had that in the hospital but she had jaundice so they said it made the weird marks newborns get look worse than they really are.
