Working out?

Are you ladies continuing to workout at your pace or staying out the gym for a while?

I’m still working out. I worked out even on day when I was sooo nauseous and sick. I just tell myself if I can do this while sick I can continue my whole pregnancy. I really wanna continue this pregnancy because I stopped when I found out I was pregnant with my other kids. As long as you feel good and not getting dizzy / light headed then go for it! Your body will let you know

My symptoms are getting better so I'm hoping I'll get some energy back too, so I could do some sports. Honestly just commuting and then chasing my toddler at home has been way more than enough exercise since I found out I was pregnant... But I'm missing the feelings of a good workout.

I got really sick at 6 weeks so I’ve been off for over a month 😭 was super sick with nausea And vomiting and then Christmas was so busy. Hoping to start back up cause I major stress about excessive weight gain (even though I shouldn’t- I should try to just do my best and not stress out )

I was still working out up until week 6 and then the morning sickness hit. 
I’m finally starting to feel human again, so I plan on getting back to it ASAP 💗

I’m working out still. I’ve missed the past few weeks due to illness/pregnancy symptoms/holidays but back at it now. I worked out 6 days a week prior to getting pregnant and I’m aiming for 4-5 days minimum a week now, going into the second trimester. I really want to avoid gaining as much as I did with my first.

I’m just starting to feel like it again which I’m happy about! My energy is coming back and my nausea is subsiding a little I’m 13 weeks
