Missed period and negative blood test?!

I haven’t talked to anyone about this but I figured this would be a good place to ask. I am 4 days late and I took a blood test on day 2 late and it was negative. Anyone know if I can still be pregnant? I feel pregnant. Bloated , lower back pain etc. HELP 😥 thanks
