What should I do? (read first)
I don't know if this is the right group to talk about this but my bf has fibromyalgia and he's really struggling with it. We thought that eating gluten free might help him but he doesn't eat veggies and he generally doesn't have a varied diet.
When we were discussing about it he was like "I'll eat anything you give me" and that kinda scared me because I'd like him to make his own decisions. I was trying to find foods that he'd like that are gluten free.
On the other hand, when he's had a stressful day or long or whatever I often give him something he already knows and often times unhealthy. I have a dilemma if I should do that or not, I'm afraid if I give him something new during those times he's not going to want to eat it and maybe get upset at himself.
When I do make healthier food I try to encourage him to eat more vegetables and make recipes with the vegetables that he does like.
