Looking to find a lactation consultant but also wanting to see if anything was helpful when you had a question late at night!

To find a lactation consultant,. I called our insurance company for in-network providers. For info on internet, kellymom.com as recommended by our pediatrician and american academy of pediatrics and la leche league. I like Glow’s breastfeeding group for informal and anectdotal advice and support from other moms.

The hospital actually gave us a paper with a lactation consult at the hospital and she came before discharge to talk to us.

We just met with a lactation consultant at the hospital and she recommended the website kellymom.com for questions and info.  Its evidence based and provides links to the research.  Idk if that might also help you!

Support groups on Reddit and Glow. You can also see if there are la leche league groups in your community that might have Facebook groups.
