Should I be jealous?

My boyfriend works nights and there’s a girl that he always mentions that he works with how brings him food when he works and always tells him how she “has bad luck with finding a good man.” Does this sound like something I should be worried about?

So check this out... 
I work in fleet maintenance. Been working with all men for 5 years now. I've been the administrator for.the 2 shops I've worked at. Administrator meaning part of the management team. The 1st shop had 3 shifts. First shift was 10 guys. 2nd shift was 2 to 3 guys depending in the day of the week. 3rd shit was 2 dudes. We have emergency road service and lock down our operations building at 6pm, where the microwave, vending machines etc are. My 2nd and 3rd shift guys usually couldnt leave the shop if someone was out on a road call, meaning they couldn't leave to get food. If i had to work on end of period, end of quarter or end of year, i would bring them in lunch (dinner for me) or we would all buy each other food, didnt matter who was there and we all ate together and talked about whatever. Of course men talk about men shit, ie women lol.. they all know I'm a single mom and knew when I'd going on a date or whatever. (I would only wear make up to work on those days lol). After a while, they'd ask about it and it wasnt shit for me to say that relationships are not my forte.. i said all that because its just talk amongst coworkers, some are for real friends now. Id get my heart broke, we'd go to the bar sometimes. I knew about gfs or wives and theyd ask candid questions about women sometimes. That was our work dynamic though. I didnt go out if my way to bring lunch or talk about my life. I would tell your man how you feel and maybe start packing him a lunch.

I would talk to him about it. If he starts acting weird i would do a pop up with food don’t have to act crazy or anything when doing so but more of to let him know you want to make sure nothing is going on without fully telling him
