This came out of me????

This has happened before but it wasn’t as big, me and my friend had sex last night and today this came out of me, it looks like a clump of hair and some white stuff? Im not sure why it came out of me or why it was even there? But this is the second time it’s happened, first time was last year but the ball of hair was bigger
