I miscarried my first pregnancy at 5-6 weeks in October. I bled heavy for about a week and as asked by my doctor I felt like I had released it all for that point in pregnancy.. 🤷🏻‍♀️ this is my third period since my miscarriage and they’ve been very regular as far as timing. I’ve had cramping and back pain since which I normally didn’t experience on my periods prior to miscarriage. Today it happened in the shower with nothing in and then again with a tampon in when I coughed I released each time an Oreo size clot. It looked like smooth tissue but large. Has anyone else experienced this after miscarriage during their first few periods? Any recommendations? 😫 not sure if I should be concerned or brush it off as my body trying to clean out what it could’ve missed before..
